Ｓ６エンジンの組み立て。へッドを取り付けて、クリアランスを規定値にあわせています。
各部指定のあるところはトルクレンチで締めます。ＫＴＣのトルクレンチが一本壊れてしまいました。このところ工具の破損や消耗が増えていて懐が痛いです。
The assembling of the S6 engine. I install a cylinder head and match clearance with the rated value. I tighten the place with each department appointment with a torque wrench. One torque wrench of KTC has been broken. Damage and the consumption of the tool increase recently, and a breast hurts.
検査が25日なので、組み立てをまっています。カラーチェックして待機しているクランクやその他パーツが船内とエンジンルームに置かれています。
Inspection stops the assembling of the engine till then for 25th and waits. A crankshaft and others part are put in inboard and the engine room.
今回は検査だけなので、組み立ては次回になりました。宿ではお迎えが待っています。

ピストン&コンロッドの取り外し。ブロックの窓を開放して行います。
このほか熱交換器、ＯＩＬクーラー、インタークーラー、ＴＵＲＢＯ，ダイナモ、スターターモーター、ハーネス、燃料ＰＵＭＰとオーバーホールする物はすべて取り外します。
クラッチも検査の準備で１部分解し、次回のエンジンとの縁切りに備えます。
クランクを残し丸裸になった左舷エンジン。同じく右舷エンジン。
発電機は千葉のメカニックが分解しています。
最後に、シールスタン、カップリング抜き出し、ペラの取り外し、プロペラシャフトの抜き出しです。
約５名での作業でしたが、時間的にきつかったです。次回船内にてクランクの抜き出しがあります。

カーボンがシリンダー内に硬くこびりついています。
スリーブには向きがあるので、ブロックにあわせマークがあります。スリーブの高さ調整も重要で、このエンジンはシム０,８ＭＭが入っていました。
これはある国産４サイクルエンジンのピストンです。トラブルをおこしてリングが固着しています。
ＯＩＬ選びなども慎重におこないたいですね。
