GM6Vのエキゾーストシャフトとインペラーを回転バランス取りしてる様子。MANやMTUに限らず最近はタービンのオーバーホールにバランス取りまで作業することが多い。厳しい内容の注文ではなおさらのことで、以前のように簡単な計測で組み込みをすることが少なくなりました。そのため専門業者へ依頼することが増え、うちでは昭和さんにお願いしています。バランサーやユニットインジェクターのテスト装置など高価なマシンとそれらを扱う技術を持っています。（写真提供、SHOWA)

6v-92エンジンのブロワー前部に組まれているガバナーウエイト。原付のウエイトプーリーのようなシンプルなものです。設計は戦争時の揚陸艇のエンジンから基本変わっていないと言う方もいますがはたして？　コモンレールとコンピューターの時代にアナログの2サイクルディーゼルが健在するのも面白いと思います。The governor weight that is made in the blower front part of the 6v-92 engine. It is a simple thing such as the weight pulley of the moped.

この物体はmtu2000のダンパーです。１２Ⅴか16Ⅴの物で、カットモデルになっています。油圧を利用しクランクの振動を低減します。説明は難しいので省きますが、価格はYamaha、R-1を2台買えそうです。This object is a damper of mtu2000. In a thing of 12 Ⅴ or 16 Ⅴ, I become a cut model. I reduce vibration of the crank using oil pressure.　

mtuエンジンのターボのカットモデルです。空気やOILのラインがよくわかります。４０００シリーズの研修室にて見せてもらいました。

２サイクルGMエンジンの圧縮圧力を測定している所です。manなどのエンジンに比べてGMのエンジンはあまり測定していません。機械的な調整が多く手間がかかることがデメリットですが、エンジンの状態を調べる本来の姿だと思います。メーカーによっては測定できない物もありますし、アダプターが手に入らない機種もあります。 It is a place measuring compression pressure of 2 cycles GM engine. Because there is much adjustment of the engine after the measurement, there is not the mechanic measuring compression pressure at 2 cycles very much in Japan.
