SEALを打ち込んでいる所です。I change SEAL

治具を使用して、均等に打ち込みます。この後クラッチを復旧して一旦おわり。エンジンも分解されていますが、オーナー自身が作業できるので、私たちの依頼された仕事はここで終了です。昼まで雨と風で荒れていた天気も夕方には上がっていました。I restore and end a clutch once after this.

エンジンのクランクシール周りのＯＩＬ漏れを止める為の作業を小名浜にて行ないました。レールとレバーブロックで縁を切りフライホイールを出しています。I worked in an IWAKISUN marina to stop an omission of OIL of the crank seal circumference of the engine. I break with a lever block with H steel and pull out a flywheel.

アリソンは前進用と後進用の大きなフェーシングが入っています。

オーナーの希望でフライホイールハウジングも交換しました。

I changed the flywheel housing for the hope of the owner.

このあとハウジングを取付けて、ＳＥＡＬ交換復旧へと進みます。

アリソンMHクラッチより異音が発生。分解してみるとピニオンシャフトとベアリングにダメージがありました。
大変高価な部品なので、こうなる前に整備したいです。

Abnormal noise occurs than Allison MH-20 clutch.

A pinion shsft and bearing had damage when they dismantled this.

These parts are very expensive.

Such a trouble must evade it. Therefore everyday check is necessary.
