MTU2000 , turbo sequential valve（EG部　大村）

２０００シリーズの左舷バンク吸気側のフラップ。TURBOの前側で今開いている状態。

It is a flap of the port bank intake side of 2000 series.

通常は１８５０RPM前後まで閉じています。

TURBO排気出口側のフラップ。

こちらも同様に１８５０RPM付近までこのように閉じています。ターボをシングルからツインに切り替えることで、燃費や低速トルクを稼いでいるようです。バルブは油圧で開閉し、コントロールはECMが制御しています。

I earn the mileage and low speed torque by changing it to a twin turbo from a single turbo. I open and close the valve with oil pressure, and ECM controls the control.
