Maintenance of MTU2000-8V , turbo sequential valve（EG部　大村）

８V-2000のシーケンシャルバルブを整備しています。このオーナーは昨年も整備しているので、今回は固着やさび等による不具合はありませんでした。高熱によって焼けている場合がありブッシングなどは簡単に抜けません。
ガスのシールも関係しているので、ガタにするわけにもいかないようです。メーカーもいろいろ対策して部品の材質を変更したりしています。

シングルターボからツインターボへの切り替えなので、ここが不具合をおこすと加速や燃費にも影響があるようです。固着しないようにまめにレバーを動かしてください。

I get a sequential valve ready. Because I got it ready last year, this owner did not have the malfunction by adherence or the rust this time. There is a case burnt by high heat, and the bushings do not easily fall out. 
The maker does measures in various ways, too and changes the materials of the part.
